Refunds

As our products are custom made, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our items. 
If a product arrives damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours and proof of the original packaging and damage must be emailed to wildchiilddesignz@outlook.com. We will be in contact to resolve. If a return on your item is accepted, we require the product back within 5 days. Upon receipt of the product , the refund will be initiated . Refunds will only be accepted on case by case exception.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We have a 14-day replacement policy (excluding giftcards). This means, you have 14 days after receiving your item, to request a replacement  providing it is faulty or damaged in transit. This does not include personalised GiftCards , as these are non returnable and non refundable.


Exchanges
To be eligible for a replacement, your must show proof your item was not fit for purpose due to damages during delivery.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
